3. Purchase of Goods, Items, or Services

Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. provides users with the ability to purchase goods, items, or services. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by any additional terms and conditions associated with the transaction.

4. Subscription Plans

Users may opt for subscription plans, which are subject to specific terms outlined during the subscription process. You, the User, agree to the recurring payment terms associated with your chosen subscription plan.

5. Free Trials

Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. may offer free trials for certain services. The terms and duration of free trials will be clearly communicated. After the free trial ends, users can also contact Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. to purchase subscriptions.

Users participating in a free trial are not automatically enrolled in a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. To continue using the services after the free trial, users must explicitly choose and subscribe to a paid plan. Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or terminate free trials at its discretion.

Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss of data, operational issues, or data leaks when the free trial ends.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd., including but not limited to logos, visual design, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Feedback and Suggestions

Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. welcomes user feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback, you grant Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. the right to use, modify, and implement your suggestions without any obligation for compensation or credits.

8. Termination and Suspension

Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at its discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. deems inappropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

10. Limitation of Liability, Including Data Loss or Operational Issues

However, in the event of any loss of data, operational issues, or data leaks, Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred. You, the User, acknowledge and agree that the use of the platform is at your own risk, and Awetonet.io Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for any interruption of services, loss of data, or data leaks. This limitation of liability extends to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law (Singapore)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
